how i got here

Not a résumé. Just the real sequence — what I hacked, what I built, what failed, and what started making money.

YouTube giveaway mechanics

Some IPL fantasy creators reward the first commenter on new videos and announce it in their Telegram groups beforehand. I noticed the same accounts winning repeatedly, so I reverse-engineered the system.

It was purely a speed problem. I learned basic Python and built a script using the YouTube API to detect uploads and comment instantly.

Result: Over three IPL seasons, I consistently placed among the first commenters. Won earbuds, smartwatches, a smartphone, and a few hundred dollars total.

Being the middleman

I noticed creators wanted visibility, and some niche websites already had the right audience. Instead of building something new, I just connected both sides.

I partnered with Hadzy.com and helped a creator promote through it. By coordinating both sides, I generated around $500 in commissions over two months.

upcmts.com — first SaaS attempt

I wanted to turn the commenting hack into a product. Built a WordPress-based site called upcmts.com where I offered a "first comment service" on YouTube giveaways. The idea was simple: speed wins rewards.

The domain expired (Nov 2025). It failed mainly because I didn't understand distribution at that time.

Lesson: Distribution matters more than just building. A useful product still fails without a channel.

PG websites — real clients, real impact

Built kangaroohousing.in for a PG owner in Delhi. Helped him get ~10–12 new clients per month. In return, he reduced my rent slightly — not a startup exit, but still ROI.

Then built swamivivekanandpg.com for the same owner's second property. Less impact, but continued learning.

NGO website

Built a website for a Delhi-based NGO. Can't disclose details publicly, but it was real client work with real delivery.

Freya Trades — UK trading client

Built freyatrades.page as the main landing page, then built live.freyatrades.page as a gated demo system with IP and browser fingerprint restrictions. Signals show for 3 minutes, then prompt to join premium on Telegram or Whop.

Result: 50+ sales generated and around $5K revenue from the funnel.

dashboard.asutoosh.me — my own product

After working with trading clients, I realized even simple products can generate serious revenue if positioned correctly. So I built dashboard.asutoosh.me — a 24/7 automated trading signal dashboard.

Works across forex and crypto. ~40% win rate with 1:5 risk-reward. Built a small community of 40+ traders using it daily.

Typing Smart — Android keyboard app

As someone who struggled with English, I built a keyboard that rewrites sentences, translates automatically, and acts as a GPT wrapper. Published internally on Play Store under Jlnx Studios (closed testing phase).

PG Manager — CRM app for PG owners

CRM app for PG owners to manage tenants, payments, and occupancy tracking in one place. Also published under Jlnx Studios on Play Store.

Dupgs.com — the big bet

Right now, the most important thing I'm building is Dupgs. A platform connecting PG owners in Delhi with students coming to the city for college.

Every year, around 1.3 million students appear for CUET, and roughly 70,000 move to Delhi. Most of them struggle to find PG accommodation near their colleges. I mapped 90+ Delhi University colleges and built a system that connects them with PGs within a 300-meter radius.

Current focus: Supply onboarding via calling agent + WhatsApp automation. Co-founder working on the app side. Content + SEO to capture demand. Targeting $400K/year business.

What I'm building right now

Multiple tools in parallel. Yes, slightly chaotic — but I prioritize shipping.
